• A fusion of 2 major websites into one! The Volkswagen Accessory Toolkit was also merged with the Volkswagen Service Toolkit to create a super site called The Volkswagen Aftersales Toolkit
• A fully ‘dumbed-down’ content management system. This system allows a non technical administrator (like an account executive) to administer tasks that were previously only possible using skilled programmers. Amongst other features the administrator can now:
  • Add new products
  • Control the attributes associated with a product
  • Create brand new departments
  • Create brand new categories
  • Create brand new sub-categories
  • Create and maintain webpage’s on the site as easily as writing a letter in MS Word!
  • Activate/deactivate products
  • Activate/deactivate sections (departments, categories etc)
  • Dynamically create flash animations without any technical knowledge
  • Review and process all customer orders using an order management interface
  • Use a live chat interface, allowing the account executive to communicate with multiple retailers in real-time. This makes them much more productive than just taking one telephone call at a time.
  • Automate the communication process with suppliers/printers for customer orders, leaving a full audit trail making everyone involved accountable
  • Manage the relationships between regions, areas, retailers and their Aftersales Specialists
  • Manage all news bulletins that go on the site
  • Manage all retailer details
  • Automatically generate site usage/scheme and initiative reports without the need of a programmer
• A modular access level structure. This means every site administrator can have different levels authority based on client or owner recommendation
• An online shop capable of connecting to merchant bank accounts to process transactions
• A fully searchable site that automatically indexes its content
• A site cable of having thousands of members and products fully scalable and updatable using an excel spreadsheet or the content management system!
