About me

After completing my Computer Science BSc degree (Hons), I started working for vibrant and busy advertising agencies and companies as a web developer. In these roles I have been involved in many public facing and internal business process applications for high profile companies such as Virgin Media, SAP, Greene King, The Labour Party, Volkswagen Group, Goodyear Dunlop and Sunseeker. These sites have contained a vast range of content, from complex reporting systems to interactive animations.

Being a ’web addict‘, I am always on the internet researching, banking, communicating, programming/designing or simply just having fun. Being a web developer allows me to fuse my love of programming and designing with my love of using the internet. I enjoy creating intelligent applications with emphasis on design, usability, test-ability and scale-ability. This is achieved by utilising my in-depth knowledge of Object Orientated PHP, Automated Testing, MySQL, Vagrant, CHEF, Javascript, CSS and HTML wherever appropriate. This blend of skills ensures the creation of quality, content rich applications, for a wide range of audiences.
