It was designed to be comprehensive enough to replace the Volkswagen Service Toolkit and the Volkswagen Accessory Toolkit by fusing them into one mega site. The Volkswagen Aftersales Toolkit also houses several complex web applications including the Aircon Reporting Suite, the EVC Reporting Suite and the Tyre Selector Matrix. The site is used by Volkswagen retailers nationwide to purchase essential show room materials like leaflets and banners giving them the ability to customize individual aspects of their ordered products where applicable. Retailers also use this site to participate in schemes and initiatives set by head office as well as to download/submit reports to and from head office. The site also has modular administrative access. This allows multiple administrators to be assigned different access levels to administer specific areas of the site.
